Bottero – Additional automation for increased productivity on display at the show

Bottero - EVO

The German exhibition has always been a benchmark and important milestone for Bottero, which will be exhibiting the successful results of its technological efforts. In light of the upcoming 60th anniversary of its foundation, Bottero will attend the German event with a package of updates and innovations on most of its range of products, presenting all-time firsts and developments initially driven by its customers and successfully transformed into increased productivity. Bottero boasts a remarkably extensive product range and outstanding skills in almost all sectors of flat and hollow glass production and processing. Exhibiting at the fair with two stands, one in the Hollow Glass area and the other in Gimav’s Italian Pavilion, Bottero will showcase machinery equipped with new functions and greater productive performance.

Flat glass: from Pratica Plus to Victralux
In addition to its 3 or 4-axis Pratica Plus NC centers, already previewed worldwide at the Istanbul fair, the Bottero Flat Glass stand will present Glasstec visitors with the Victralux 111 FC vertical straight-line edger and the Titan flat double edger, both redesigned with solutions to guarantee increased automation and productivity.

Following the global market trend towards increasingly significant use of laminated glass, Bottero continues its endeavor of technological innovation on its laminated glass cutting systems which began in 2014 with the introduction of the 558 LAM, a completely automatic machine.

Float glass: established leader with the Trilogy version of Evo
As the undisputed leader of float glass cutting tables, Bottero is going to present its top-performing 363 Evo table in its Trilogy version, i.e., with two additional tools installed on the cutting carriage making the machine an automatic production system with guaranteed tracking of the glass produced.

Such a wide production range has always been a huge asset for Bottero, one that’s highly valued by customers who, in addition to stand-alone machines, integrate their glassworks with Bottero automatic warehouse control systems, float and laminated glass cutting systems, automatic breakout, grinding, drilling and handling of pieces with robots and all those production needs for which Bottero has the perfect solution.
