Architects’ Congress
The Architects’ Congress, held for the fi rst time at glasstec 2006, attracted positive feedback from the 500 participants. Such a good response has encouraged Messe Düsseldorf to hold this experts’ convention again at glasstec 2008.
The central theme of the congress on 24 October is facade technology and it has been put together in collaboration with the North Rhine Westphalia architects’ organisation and TU Delft. Well-known architects, engineers, planners and facade constructors from Wilkinson Eyre Architects - London and Intersolar - Stuttgart/Yale will talk about the latest developments in design, construction, research and air conditioning design.
For architects working in Germany the congress will be recognised as further training. Participation can easily be arranged in combination with a visit to glasstec and the special show “glass technology live”. Make the most of this unique opportunity, because nowhere else can you combine theory and practice with such ease.
