Sponsoring on the Trade Fair Grounds

You will need to decide quickly so that you can take full advantage of the sponsorship opportunities on offer. We would be pleased to advise you and also to provide individual proposals on request.

The following services are included
in each of the fivepackages:

Info System KATI

Your logo prominently positioned on the start page
of the visitor information system

Position your logo, where over 30% of the glasstec visitors who use the visit information system (KATI), can always see it.

Your advantages:
  • Extensive presence of your company at all visitor information terminals in the halls and entrance areas
  • Sign-posting reference: mention of your hall and stand number
  • High level of awareness through a maximum 3 sponsors

KATI Hall Layout Plan

Your logo on the print-outs of the
KATI visitor information system

Around 25% of the glasstec visitors use print-outs of their requested information from the visitor information system. On the reverse is an illustration of the hall layout plan. Here you can position your logo in such a way that it directly points to your stand.

  • Direct reference to your stand with your company logo as well as hall and stand number
  • Graphic reference to your stand in the hall layout plan
  • High level of awareness through a maximum 5 sponsors

Information Brochure

Sponsoring of "at a glance" information brochure

“At a glance” is a brochure offering the latest trade fair information on the glasstec (e.g. congress programmes, Exhibition Centre, layout and similar). The handy brochure is on display during glasstec at all information desks in the halls and entrances. Secure the awareness and attention of the visitors in this free fair guide and have your company signet printed in the brochure.

Your advantages:
  • Logo presence and mentioning as sponsor of the latest glasstec information in the much-read “at a glance” trade fair medium
  • maximum 5 sponsors
  • display of the information brochure at strategically important points throughout the glasstec thus ensuring broad distribution
  • circulation approx. 75,000

Internet Lounge

Internet services under your name

In the Internet Lounge at glasstec 2008, visitors use communication and information services: e-mail, Internet and Co. A free service, which speaks for your company and also presents you as an innovative exhibitor away from your stand.

Your advantages:
  • highlighting of your company as a sponsor of the Internet Lounge
  • free arrangement possible for the Lounge: positioning, application of your logo on pillars and advertising spaces, displaying your advertising materials (mouse pads, blocks, ballpoints, company-CD or similar.)
  • provided by Messe Düsseldorf: complete stand construction including furnishings and terminals, a Surf-Guide as stand supervisor
  • Messe Düsseldorf to cover electricity costs and online charges and provide stand cleaning
  • exclusive for 1 sponsor per lounge

Leisure zone

Adopt one of the glasstec leisure zones as your exclusive advertising space. Your company name will always be associated with a pleasant experience.

  • additional reference to your exhibition stand e.g. in another hall
  • Your identification as exclusive sponsor of a popular facility
  • Your logo featured on system advertising pillars within the leisure zone
  • Your company details on display
  • Basic equipment (furnishings, flooring, decor, system advertising pillar) and cleaning supplied by Messe Düsseldorf


Price: 3,000,– € plus VAT
Price: Area up to 15 m2.
Price is a guideline only depends on size and furnishings.
