TEGLA merges with Prinz Optics

Berliner Glas subsidiary TEGLA has merged with Prinz Optics with effect from 1st April, creating the company Berliner Glas Herbert Kubatz GmbH & Co KG Syrgenstein. Its Managing Director is Jörg Bannicke and 70 other members of staff make up the company, which focuses on the development of glass etching and coating technologies.
