Owens Corning to invest

Owens Corning is to expand the glass fibre reinforcement capacity at its Amarillo, Texas facility this year.

The expansion will increase capacity by approximately 40%, enabling the company to meet market demand in North America for its Advantex single-end roving products, which are designed to perform better than standard E-glass in highly corrosive applications.
