TECHNICAL DETAILS: ADLINE is the design solution for creating glued glass showcases. Glass professionals will rave over the products' ease of application.
The oval lines serve a functional purpose: no more surplus glue to scrape off after gluing, no more self-adhesive masking tape to put in place prior to gluing and to remove afterwards. Glue overflows are hidden! The oval groove does the trick: yet another ADLER patent! An original and carefully thought out design to guarantee extremely easy fitting.
ADLINE is also a state-of-the-art technique perfected for hardware products. Available in 316L stainless steel or special 17.4PH rust-proof steel, in two finishes, either shotpeened with glass micro-particles or polished, ADLINE hinges offer quite extraordinary application qualities: in particular, one pair of these small hinges (40 mm square) can support glass door weights in excess of 50 kg.
The range includes split hinges and knobs, with or without locks (2,000 combinations, ergonomic over-moulded keys,…).
- The range also includes adjustable and non-adjustable, visible and invisible latches… and even invisible hinges.
The range combines cleverly with all standard, low-cost, clip-on locks and locks without cut-outs in the Adler catalogue.
