Just in time for “glasstec 2008“ t-s-i.de Misch- und Dosiertechnik GmbH presents a new hand sealing machine for insulating glass named “ecomix“.
It’s a competitive priced relay-controled standard unit for
the processing of two-component sealants and adhesives, uncompromisingly geared to functionality.
Despite of its low price it fulfils high quality standards by the use of German quality components. The newly presented “ecomix“ will be available ex stock.

Furthermore, the German company is going to present a upgraded “mastermix XS“ in the mid-range price segment.
As an option it can be equipped with volume measuring cells for a permanent mixing ratio control. The pneumatic components are Festo, the hydraulics Bosch and the complete electronics, as well as the PLC control, are made by Siemens.

As a highlight t-s-i.de presents the „mastermix gear servo“. This high tech product with its servo-motor controlled gear pump dosing system allows the usage of disposable PE-mixers, whereby the loss of material as well as costs for consumables and spare part are reduced in a substantial scale. In comparison to standard hand sealing machines savings in the range of several ten thousand Euros can be achieved. Its standard permanent mixing ratio control by volume measuring cells guarantees the highest possible process reliability.
The “mastermix gear servo” is operated via touch panel and the bus-compatible PLC-control allows a later on integration into automated production lines without problem.
