The new MOLDTECH 6 has been engineered to be a good
alternative to the highest quality separation cloth for longer runs or high complexity lites, through four major factors:
The exclusive “TIBLEND” yarn, allowing a rather strong core structure and a very smooth covering surface, designed to reduce even further the risk of marking, even for small bending radius or rather heavy glass load.
An optimized "star-ply* yarn structure, allowing a excellent yarn balance and homogeneous wear, leading to a good glass quality for a long life time.
A high fabric weight but soft structure of 1100gr/m², that is allowing good run size or rather heavy load.
Our optimized knitted structure, spreading evenly the pressure load on more homogeny contact surface.
