GLASS TECHNOLOGY LIVE has established itself as the leading future show of the international glass sector over the last few years. In the scope of the visionary special show with the International Specialist Symposium. Pioneering glass developments will be presented under the motto "Innovative Glass Functions" in 2012.

The “Autoglass Arena” in Hall 10, in co-operation with the Federal Association of Glazier Trades (BIV), will present a greater variety than ever before: the latest trends in vehicle glazing, topics such as “smart repair”, and the autoglass plenum will off er unsurpassed expertise. The high point will be the international autoglass competition.

Innovations in the application of glass, new profitable business areas and specific expert knowledge at first hand - the crafts center in hall 9 will show all the latest trends and present new perspectives.

International artists will present their pieces and glass objects in halls 9. The artistic range includes glass containers, sculpture objects to glass painting.

Here institutes and associations are presenting themselves in the “Competence Centre Glass, Window Facade”, while companies are showing future-orientated product solutions for glass facades as mock-ups in the neighboring glass technology live special show.

glass technology live is accompanied by the gtl symposium: four conference days with 60 presentations on all topics and innovations surrounding the material glass.
