Just 15 years ago, the glassmaker craft was pronounced dead. However, today craft guilds are complaining about a shortage of new recruits. We visited the most traditional glass school at glasstec in Düsseldorf – the Zwiesel School was founded more than 100 years ago and is situated in a region that has been making and refining glass for over 600 years.
