Furnace guide available on CD
29/06/2009
A monograph that was dubbed ‘the first practical guide to the use of mathematical and experimental modelling techniques’ has now been made available on CD.
The book form of Modelling of Gas-Fired Furnaces and Boilers by JM Rhine and RJ Tucker was in such high demand by industrial combustion design engineers, developers and researchers that it eventually went out of print. Its authors have now secured the rights to reproduce the book in CD format.
The monograph primarily deals with industrial natural gas-fired equipment, although the techniques described can also be applied for other gaseous and liquid fuels, including those from renewable and sustainable sources.
Copies of the CD are now available for an introductory price of £30 including postage and packaging. For more information and to order a copy, email robertjtucker@btinternet.com or Rhinenergy@aol.com
