As a part of preparation to glasstech 2010, Safety Glass Experts International Ltd has carried out website update. New content at company internet pages www.sge.fi include new company information, new improved service descriptions, and information about new Remote Expert Service available from 1.9.2010. Update purpose was to introduce in better detail company’s unique expert service goals, content and benefits.

New Remote Expert Services program was established to guarantee fast and reliable service for all clients. Idea of the remote expert service is to offer expert assistance remotely with electronic communication, using email, skype or telephone conference call sessions. This way the help is just a few hours away as no travelling arrangements and travelling time is required. Remote Expert Services are suitable for cases where an on-site expert visit is not needed or requested and also in emergency situations when a quick turnaround is a must
