For generations, homeowners have clearly thought of windows when they heard the term glazing. The properties of the glass however have changed dramatically. Noise and temperature insulation are features, also opacity just by pressing a button. Now glass is increasingly being used for facades, as a solar panel, as insulation or as a photovoltaic system. Architects appreciate this development.
