nHALO® (Hot Aerosol Layering Operation) is an atmospheric coating technique, which is applicable to both on-line and off-line coating solutions. The method is used to modify the surface layer of the glass, by allowing particles to diffuse into the glass matrix, or to produce a coating by depositing particles on the top surface of glass, ceramics and some metals.
