CHROMATECH plus

Warm edge with optimal capabilities

CHROMATECH plus is made from stainless steel and gives you optimal design and thought-out geometry.

The characteristic appearance of the spacer is visible proof of its warm edge, and the spacer delivers an extremely high level of stability and flexible manufacturing options, for example on automatic bending machines.

CHROMATECH plus gives users significantly less heat loss, thanks to the low thermal conductivity and reduced wall thickness. You can achieve 30-50% less heat loss at the edge of the window, and when the internal surface temperature becomes 1-2ºC higher than normal, you minimise condensation and help prevent the resulting damage to the window frame.

The spacer is delivered in glossy or black painted finish, but we can produce the visible surface, the flanges and the top 2 mm of the butyl side in RAL and NCS colours as desired.

MULTITECH

Warm edge solution for lowering U-values
MULTITECH is a newly developed, very stable and modern warm edge profile made exclusively of hard plastic and a unique, gas-tight foil on the rear side, which ensures a fully sealed pane system.

Its special design gives the profile high frame stability and U-values at the lowest end of the scale.

It can be bent after being heated, it can be welded using special equipment, or it can be used with completely traditional corners.

Low thermal conduction of only 0.13 W/mK in two box value
The profile can be bent with the aid of heat or welded

CHROMATECH

The ROLLTECH original

CHROMATECH is the traditional 6.5 mm warm edge spacer in 0.18 mm stainless steel.
A classic spacer, which resembles an aluminium spacer in shape and appearance and can be bent in most bending machines for stainless steel.

With CHROMATECH, you get the thermal benefits without having to miss out on familiar and optimum production methods.

You will achieve 25-40% less heat loss at the edge of the window as a direct result of a lower heat transfer coefficient and a reduction in thickness - helping keep down heating costs and benefiting the environment.

CHROMATECH is created for use with corner keys, as well as production in automatic bending machines.

We are happy to paint the visible surface, flanges and the uppermost 2 mm of the butyl side in whichever RAL and NCS colours you desire.

CHROMATECH ultra

The ultimate warm edge solution for lowering U-values 

CHROMATECH ultra is a modern, warm edge hybrid spacer consisting of hard plastic and a fine, stainless steel structure.
Its particular construction gives the spacer exceptionally good bending capabilities, high frame stability and U-values at the lowest end of the scale.
It's a pleasure to work with the spacer on a daily basis, as it can be bent with or without dry chemicals and on almost all bending machines using standard tools.
CHROMATECH ultra's exceptional bending capabilities do not compromise on quality or durability. The upper, plastic surface is extremely tough and cold-resistant, and it is virtually impossible to dismantle the corners, thus ensuring stability.

FERROTECH

The solid alternative to aluminium

If you're looking for stability and "raw strength" for fire-resistant glass and exceptionally large windows, then FERROTECH is the answer.

FERROTECH is suitable for use with corner keys and bending in all known bending machines. It fulfils all the requirements for the production of fire-resistant glass.

The traditionally framed spacer delivers optimal durability through 6.5 mm of galvanised steel and an exceptional stability when compared to aluminium spacers – particularly in the production of larger units.

The thermal conductivity of steel is also less than that for aluminium, and this gives a "warmer edge" to the thermal glazing. The thermal expansion coefficient of glass and steel are very similar, and in contrast to aluminium, this makes for a more uniform structure, when hot and cold temperatures activate the thermal glazing.
