In past 21 years, NorthGlass Gorp has been developed to the largest Chinese enterprise in the field of glass processing equipment industry, consists of 8 branch companies and 5 huge production bases located in Luoyang, Shanghai, Tianjin, Beijing and Shenzhen, with strong R&D strength and powerful manufacturing capability. On August 30 2011, NorthGlass Corp passed the IPO in Shenzhen Stock Exchange and became the first and unique stock market listed enterprise in glass processing equipment industry in China. Up to the end of 2015, NorthGlass Corp has 2400 employees, registered capital of 405 million RMB, net assets of 1.49 billion RMB, and total assets of 1.94 billion RMB.
