ScreenLine® SL20-22W

ScreenLine® SL20-22W is a battery-operated motorised system with raising and tilting function for venetian blinds incorporated within 20-mm or 22-mm insulating units.

The blind is raised or lowered via a push-button control device that is magnetically attached to the window or by remote control (option).

The battery can be recharged in two alternative ways: by means of a high-tech battery charger or through an external solar panel, thus automatically and continuatively.

The system can be fitted quickly and easily and is applicable to all types of window frames, even existing ones; no wires or electrical contacts are required and internal glass thickness is irrelevant.
ScreenLine® SL20-22W is halfway between a manual system and a traditional motorised system.

It is suited for every environment: homes, offices, public buildings, etc., as it needs no maintenance. It ensures with time the insulating properties of the insulating glass unit, notably protection from dirt or weather conditions. Furthermore, when supplied with a solar panel, it is also beneficial in terms of energy saving.
The system is supplied with warm edge spacer bars as standard.

ScreenLine® SL20-22B

ScreenLine® SL20-22B is a patented magnetic system with manual operation (tilt-only function) for venetian blinds incorporated within 20-mm or 22-mm double glazing units.

Rotation of the knob applied on the glass in the bottom part of the blind transfers motion from the bottom head rail to the top head rail via two angular gears and one hexagonal shaft that are housed and concealed inside the spacer bar.

System SL20-22B is expressly designed for application on structural façades or windowsills due to the control device being easily accessible and within reach.

It ensures with time the insulating properties of the double glazing unit, notably protection from dirt or weather conditions. In addition, the kit can be assembled and transported completely raised, therefore in a quick and easy way.

ScreenLine® SL20S

ScreenLine® SL20S is a manually-operated patented magnetic system with raising and tilting function for venetian blinds encapsulated within 20-mm cavity double glazing units.

SL20S venetian is operated by a magnetic slider, placed on the right or left-hand edge of the glass. A narrow adhesive transparent profile ensures the linear movement of the slider. The blind is raised and lowered by moving the slider up or down and is tilted by slightly lifting or lowering the same slider.

SL20S venetian is suited to all types of window frames.
It ensures with time the insulating properties of the double glazing unit, notably protection from dirt or weather conditions. The integrated unit can be fitted into the window frame like standard IGUs.

The system is supplied with warm edge spacer bar as standard.

ScreenTronic App

At Glasstec 2016, Pellini SpA will showcase a brand-new innovation: the ScreenTronic App, exclusively developed for the automated control of ScreenLine® motorised blind systems.

The App, already available on the App Store, allows one or several ScreenLine® blinds to be raised and tilted with a simple swipe on mobile devices, and to set up the desired scenarios for all the windows in the building in a matter of seconds.

ScreenLine® blind SL27-29-32C

The ScreenLine® blind SL27-29-32C Pleated for incorporation within insulating glass is
manufactured in accordance with high technical specifications and production standards.
The blind operation is achieved using a rotational magnetic transmission through the glass thereby guaranteeing the unit‘s hermetic seal. The external magnet, fixed to the internal glass by double sided high-performance adhesive tape allows perfect alignment with the internal magnet.

The blind is raised and lowered using a continuous cord loop that drives the external magnet. The cord is held lightly under tension by a cord tensioner on the glass directly below the external magnet.
A dedicated mechanical end stop inside the head rail ensures a safe stop of the blind in the bottom position.

SL27-32C ensures with time the insulating properties of the double or triple glazing unit, notably protection from dirt or weather conditions. The integrated unit can be fitted into the window frame like standard insulating glass.

System SL29C Pleated is supplied with warm edge spacer bars as standard.

New Air Series

The range of Pellini shading systems for 2+1 windows.

Where is it located?

The window consists of the following elements: an insulating glass unit (1) facing the interior, followed by the Pellini AIR shading system (2), which is secured by a glazed casement with opening device (3). When the latter is unlocked, the Pellini AIR can be easily and comfortably accessed for various types of control, e.g. maintenance of the window, replacement of the blind, etc.

How does it work?

The AIR systems are operated similarly to an integrated blind, by means of manual or motorised control systems and patented transmission devices: manual by cord, motorised by rechargeable battery and internal brushless motor control

What solutions are available?

The range includes three types of shading: Venetian, Pleated and Pleated black-out, all of which are available in the three operating systems mentioned above.

What are the benefits?

The system can adapt to virtually all profiles available in the market (minimum depth of the openable casement: 25 mm)
The blind can be installed and removed in few minutes following a simple procedure
The optional use of a ladder tape assembled according to the “interlacing” technique allows the slats in venetian blinds to be kept in their perfect position
The internal brushless motor, extremely silent and accurate, exceeded 216,000 cycles at IFT Rosenheim and can be associated with BMS networks
The patented manual system meets standard EN 13120 on corded blind safety
The optional solar panel in battery-operated motorised models makes the system self-sufficient from an energy viewpoint
The motorised systems can be controlled via radio remote control

About us

Company details

Pellini SpA was founded in 1974 in Codogno, Northern Italy, as a craftsman, family-owned company producing venetian blinds, folding doors, mosquito nets and awnings. In 1984, Pellini started to co-operate with a leading multinational company manufacturing venetian blinds for interiors; this allowed Pellini to move away from a (since then) local market and to emerge in the national scene.
In 1990, the company set up a project for integrating a blind within insulating glass, achieving the raising and lowering of a blind encapsulated within a double glazing unit whilst maintaining the latter’s integrity.
All their efforts were rewarded in 1992, with the introduction of the first system in the ScreenLine® range - a system based on rotational transmission of motion obtained by the coupling of internal and external magnets. In 1994, the historical production lines for awnings and mosquito nets were decommissioned in order to maximise capacity for the engineering and manufacture of new, increasingly more advanced ScreenLine® systems and increasingly more performing technical blinds for interiors. Today, the company preserves the old handicraft attitude in its “made-to-measure” artifacts, which are perfected by hands careful to details rather than being mass produced; at the same time, it operates on a worldwide scale and is an acknowledged leader in the field of sun shading systems.
