NEDEX is well equipped to conduct laboratory and pilot plant studies,
for further development of specific products for the sealant industry.
Especially for the IG applications special laboratory test methods
are developed. Innovative ideas of NEDEX research engineers can be
tested and if positive result can be commercialized in NEDEX laboratories.
NEDEX as a member of Rosenheim Institute for Windows and Doors
is following the technical developments in IG applications as an active
company. NEDEX policy in research and development is to create
products which are unique to NEDEX and gives advantages to its
customers which can be measured. Depending to different market
expectations products are developed specificly to those markets.
Being a global player the products are specially developed on a basis
of a concentrate and additives. By this way volume of transported
goods can be limited and local production under supervision of
NEDEX engineers can be realized. This reduces the costs for
transportation and helps to reduce the environmental pollution
by emissions during transports.

The requirements and needs of the customers have the priority one by
NEDEX policy. Dedicated own sales offices in Turkey, Ukraine, Germany
and experienced partners in nearly all major markets in Europe and CIS
cauntries have a very tight contact to NEDEX customers. Experiences
and informations collected in a very wide area are collected and
analysed by NEDEX sales forces. With informations coming from sales
team, NEDEX product developement engineers design better and better
products. Customers are visited and informed about new developments.
NEDEX application engineers assist NEDEX customers providing
customised technical solutions, offering advice and assistance in the use
of NEDEX products. Central and satellite logistic centers are followed
in such a way that the customers have very short delivery terms after
ordering, it should be shorter than 3 days after ordering.
New regulations, accreditation systems, laws, testing methods are
followed by NEDEX quality management engineers and in periodic
meetings with customer groups they are informed about new
developments. NEDEX is assiting its customers by such certifications,
accreditations in cooperation with Rosenheim Institute.

NEDEX production plants are certified according ISO 9001:2000 by
the german organisation Technischer Überwachungs Verein TÜV-Süd.
Products are tested according DIN and EN regulations periodically and
NEDEX Molecular sieves have EN 1279-2 Certificate given by
the german Rosenheim Institute for Windows and Doors. NEDEX sealants
are tested by the same institute according EN 1279-4 and are certified.
NEDEX internal Quality Assurance System is developed in such a way
that the products delivered to its customers are perfect in their technical
characteristics. Internally developed testing methods follow the production
very intensively. All steps in the production are documented in such a
way that the quality is measured by analytical methods and followed by
statictics setting the targets always higher and higher to be reached.
Internal working procedures of the company are created which
guarantee to NEDEX customers a very high quality service and follow-up.
Unique job descriptions, intergroup communications are helping the
multinational NEDEX staff to be a ''real team''. Finally NEDEX becomes
a chemical company letting its customers feel the quality.

Being a global company, producing over the borders NEDEX has access
to many natural sources of different geographies. The water and air
pollution laws of local authorities and waste management systems of
each location is analysed in such a way that production methods fulfill
the most critical conditions. Waste water treatment systems, air
purification systems are developed by NEDEX own environmental
enginnering team. By this way the know-how is kept in the company and
this team influences all decisions by developing new production units.
Using natural materials instead of having chemical processes which can
pollute the environment is a priority. As raw material sources synergy
with other chemical companies is created where the side products became
for NEDEX raw meterial and visavis side products form NEDEX production
is used directly in their production. Creating satellite production sites
NEDEX comes to its customers closer, instead of producing far. By this
way the transport quantities are reduced and emissions by transport are
reduced. Being closer to the customer bulk transportation without
packaging becomes possible and reused packaging methods are
developed to reduce waste caused by packing materials.
