* Steel welded and straight structure with plans lapping in contact with bridges-presses

* Cuttin bridge made of steel, normalized to avoid any deformation of the bridges during the maximum efforts

* Blocking system of the pieces during cutting phase happens by the two vacuum lines with hydraulic function.

* Cutting carts are mounted on screws with cushions system, to grant cutting precision.

* Adjustment of the shims happens automatically directly from the control panel.

* Operative panel is positioned on the machine’s edge, where there is a Personal Computer and a flat screen for the complete managing and motorization of the machine.

* Pvb is cut by a reinforced blade

* The air cushion generated by the electric fans allows for an optimum glass sheet transfer.

* The four unloading bars for large size pieces are retractable and located on the side of the table opposed to the cutting bridges. They are hydraulic operated.

* Safety systems complying with the provisions in force.

3) cut and breaking
4) only cut
5) only upper cut (for Float glass)
6) only heating
Cutting cycle:

- Positioning of the measure bridge based on the quote that has been sent by PLC

- Cut on both sides of laminated glass

- Breaking of the lower glass by mechanical tilting of the plant

- Breaking of the higher glass by mechanical tilting of the plant, with contemporary opening of the cut by eccentric bridges systems INTERNATIONAL PATENT

- PVB cut by reinforced blade
