LIFTING UNITS

The RBB range of lifting equipment has been designed to meet a vast range of needs and includes suction cup lifting devices that can be used both by manufacturers for workshop handling purposes and during on-site assembly and installation. 
Lifting units consist of a vacuum pump suction device, which is connected to the suction cups by means of two or four safety circuits (for secure anchoring of sheet surfaces to the machine), and a mechanical sheet handling structure which varies from model to model: the simplest feature manual tilt and rotation, while the more complex provide powered movement. 
Excellent flexibility of use means that the machines can be used to handle other materials such as fibreglass, marble and sheet metal.

UNLOADING UNITS

Used for the handling of glass packs, these allow the operator to unload glass sheet packs efficiently and safely. RBB unloading units feature lower supports and easy-to-adjust side and upper brackets.

RIGHT-ANGLE TRAVERSE RACK SYSTEM

 
FOR LARGE GLASS SHEETS AND HALF-SHEETS, WITH REMOTE CONTROLLED OIL-HYDRAULIC DRIVE
The standard unit version has two fixed end racks and a variable number of mobile racks which slide along two metal rails.
 
SEMIAUTOMATIC RACK SYSTEM
The racks are moved by a hydraulic system. The operator has a pocket-size remote control: standing in front of the rack he wishes to extract, the operator presses the foot control on the lower end of the rack itself and simultaneously presses the remote control button. The unit then opens to allow loading/unloading.

AUTOMATIC RACK SYSTEM
The racks are moved by a hydraulic system. The operator selects, from the display, the number of the rack he wishes to extract and presses the “open” key on the remote control pad. The desired rack then opens to allow loading/unloading.

By fitting an oil-hydraulic system that works at various pressures, the same rack system can subsequently be fitted with new elements simply by increasing rail length. Another important advantage offered by this design is that there are no power leads running along the racks themselves on account of the remote control feature.
Our right-angle traverse rack system can be supplied in special sizes as per customer reqirements.
 
MANUAL RACK SYSTEM
Modular structure with mobile, removable racks for packs or sheets.

POSSIBLE CONFIGURATIONS:
- rack system without upper platform TYPE A
- rack system with upper walk-on platform for lightweight loads TYPE B
- rack system with upper load-bearing platform for heavy loads TYPE C.
