Wastewater treatment and cleaning lines
The company Grünig-Interscreen AG has developed and produced since over 35 years high-quality specialized equipment for stencil manufacture in textile and screenprinting processes. From an initial, purely mechanical, one-man business, the company has turned into a high-tech enterprise, employing 35 people: electronics engineers, electrical mechanics, machine mechanics, metalworkers, painters and office staff. Distribution takes place worldwide through representatives.
In the textile industry, Grünig-Interscreen AG is -apart from their various stretching equipment- renowned for their film and stencil-addjtion-copiers. It was in 1978 that Grünig constructed the first coating machine worldwide. Cylindrical-coating and exposure equipment for rotary film printing was manufactured. Extremely well-known are the large-area multi- stretching units up to formats of 3500 x 9000 mm, which are widely used in stretching-service-centers, and also in large-area-printing businesses.
In addition, Grünig also manufacture a range of specialised facilities, such as emulsion- casting-facilities for thick film stencils in the SMD technology or fully-automatic manufacturing lines for CD print form manufacture.
Further, there are the fully - automatic stencil-degreasing, developing and decoating units, as weil as the screen washing units. Available are also waste water treating machines and distillations.
To the full range of machines belongs also the automatic double stretching and robot glueing system G-260 and the screen frame stripper G-320. The G-260 is special designed to produce small frames (CD-Frames or frames for the electronics).
Since 1991 Grünig-Interscreen AG sells their products through the own sales distribution, which guarantees a high flexibility and a good after sale service. Before this time, Grünig was selling their products through the well known name Harlacher.
