This equipment is suitable to use in cleaning the glass before coating, and features the merits of high performances, durability, excellent cleaning effect and user friendliness. It has six disk-brush rows, and can cooperate with the chemical agent, ceria. The cleaning equipment comes in two-stage, featuring four eight-brush tracks, and adopts air knife drying. It is also built in with two separated and independent water troughs, and an individual detachable top and bottom seats. The top seat is able to lift up 250mm, and the automatic ascending and descending movements are effortless to ease maintenance, repair and adjustment to reduce wear and prolong the life of cleaning wheels. It is also applicable in cleaning Low-E glass without causing any scratches on the surface. Other features are synchronous lifting of top seat to work with different glass thicknesses (with LCD),worm-gear driven conveying system, stainless steel material for parts contacting with water, and water recycling method of cleaning to conserve water resource.
