Tubularcracking furnace

Tubularcracking furnace is the main way to produce ethylene in China. Ethylene cracking furnace mainly includes: heating system, heat recovery system, reaction system.

The furnace includes: burner, radiant section, convection section and quench system, and high pressure steam system. The cracking furnace tube is used in the radiation section, also known as the radiant section furnace tube. The working temperature is 1000-1150℃. It is an important equipment of ethylene cracking furnace.

The global annual demand of ethylene grows by 5% averagely. A large number of furnace tubes are widely used in existing and new ethylene cracking furnaces.

Vertical annealing furnace roller

Vertical annealing furnace roller: used for continuous annealing line and galvanizing line of vertical annealing furnace. Under the nitrogen and hydrogen protection atmosphere and 750- 950 ℃in the furnace to do annealing of the strip steel.

Coating furnace roller

Coating furnace roller:used for high-end car plates, home appliances plate continuous annealing line, vertical annealing furnace of galvanizing line. Under the nitrogen and hydrogen protection atmosphere, temperature at 750-950 degrees in the furnace, the strip steel is rapidly and uniformed annealed.

The coating improved the hardness of the roller surface and is more stable during the operation process, greatly reduces the surface scratch and improves the plate quality.
