GLAMACO can of course also integrate machines and equipment of other manufacturers in complete plants, e.g. color printing machines or test and inspection equipment.

In the hot area the raw glass products are passed on synchronously to the further processing stations by handling and transport systems. In this process the glass articles may be turned or transferred without being turned.

Characteristics of the blowing machine RBM:

the operator can activate/inactivate predefined functions for each station using the local operator panel nearby the blow head

Parts of Blowing Machines

Servo driven gob loading units

Replacement of the existing loading unit allows to increase the production speed of blowing machine with better quality of glass tablet forming.

For high speed blowing processes until 60 pcs./min. GLAMACO propose a gob loading unit with one press head and two suction arms

Divided working table for your existing blowing machine

Divided working tables allow the glass articles to be taken out together with the residual tablet by means of a removing unit.

Advantages through the use of divided working tables:

Improved quality and thus higher quantity
Removal of glass articles with residual tabletNo glass grit produced in the process
Continuous glass handling in production line mode
Improved glass distribution by more effective working ring geometry

Burn off Machines

Burn-off machines (Hot cutting machines) developed by GLAMACO based on company’s 50 years experience in glass technology and machine construction. GLAMACO burn off machines are appreciated for their reliability, performance, high productivity and cost-effective operation. All our machines are provided with GLAMACO Divided Working Tables (DWT) allow the glass articles to be taken out together with the residual tablet by means of a removing unit.

There are two different machine types of burn off machines available:

Single station machines Type BOM 01NC

is a full automatically single drive machine
feeding of glass articles possible by hand or by robot
Continuously running rotary machines with high produktivity Type BOM 20 E

with 20 stations
also available with 24 or 30 stations
All our machines are usable for different gases: NG, LPG and H2.

LHC - Laser Hot Cutting

GLAMACO has been developing a new innovative machine for glass cutting for blown table ware and technical hollow glasses. It is working on the principle of Laser Hot Cutting called LHC. The new machine LHC replaces existing burn off and crack off processing.

1. Electrical control

A powerful industrial PC system of Siemens S7 type controls the machine. All drives and movements were automatically synchronized in real time mode to the actual machine speed by a fast optical link. The operator can adjust a lot of parameters to achieve a high and stabile product quality. These parameters could be loaded (initialized) by predefined recipes or changed online without interrupting production process. The graphical oriented HMI (Human Machine Interface) makes operating easy and transparent. Ergonomically designed screen masks support analysis of machine state, editing of parameters and recipes, handling of errors and messages.

Screw batch charger

For special glass processes GLAMACO deliver also screw chargers for batch and cullet, called batch chargers.

In various forms, these systems are in successful and reliable use in some glassworks in the whole world still today. Our systems distinguish by a long lifetime, reliability, simple method of construction and a well controllable function for glass depth level precision up to 0.2 mm. The range of capacity of our machines reaches from 1 to 100 ton per day.

Preferred application fields are production of water glass, different types of fiber glass, glass wool and something similar. Our screw chargers distinguished by the fact that they are absolutely closed against furnace atmosphere.
