Curved annealed glass

Maximum dimensions / 126" x 394" (Only available with pyrolytic/hard low-e coating)

Product Options / Monolithic - Laminated - Annealed - Tempered

Curved glass was originally conceived at the beginning of the 20th century to provide architects and designers with new ways to bring functionality, elegance and added value to their projects. Curved annealed glass is manufactured by slowly heating flat glass up to the softening temperature when the flat panel starts slumping by gravity on the customized mold. Once the desired geometry has been achieved, starts the slow cooling of glass known as “annealing”, a key process as it will determine the visual and structural properties of the final product.

Cridecor® Chromafusion

Cridecor® Chromafusion is a decorative laminated glass. Any design and colors can be printed using this patented printing technology. Cridecor® Chromafusion provides a much better image definition than traditional silk screen-printing systems.

The film is laminated between two layers of PVB and two layers of glass in a temperature and pressure alteration procedure.
Its manufacturing possibilities are endless. Any image or graphic design can be screen-printed with different color and opacity effects and metallic-pigments, obtining a personal and unique design with high-definition results.

Critemp® Curved tempered glass

Maximum dimensions / 96" x 177": Available with high performance low-e coating (magnetronic/soft)

Product Options / Monolithic - Laminated - Annealed - Tempered

Curved tempered glass is produced throughout a process of heating, bending and a final stage of fast cooling, known as quenching.
As a result, the molecular structure of the material is altered and high compressive stresses appear on the glass surfaces, improving its resistance to mechanical, compressive and impact stresses onto the glass.

About us

Company details

CRICURSA was founded in 1928 with the intention of bringing form, material and processing into high technology glass bending, in order to explore the possibilities of bent glass as a decorative element. After more than 8o years of experience, now offers architectural glass, curved and flat interior and exterior glass, and is present in many of the most famous architectural works around the world.
