SunEdison To Explore Possible Monetization Of Its Class B Shares In Publicly Traded YieldCos
SunEdison (OTC PINK: SUNEQ), said today that it will be working collaboratively withTerraForm Power (Nasdaq: TERP) and TerraForm Global (Nasdaq: GLBL) to explore value creation options for SunEdison's controlling Class B shares in both companies. This initiative will be conducted through a jointly managed sales process and accompanying marketing protocol.
