At Glasstec 2026, Bovone confirms its role as a leading technology partner for glass lamination, presenting a 360° vision that spans complete production lines, hybrid ovens and stand-alone solutions.
Center stage at the Bovone booth, in Hall 16, Stand D29, are two ovens that embody the company's technological offering: the HRC hybrid oven, the heart of Bovone's complete lines for laminated glass production, and EVATHERM, the stand-alone oven dedicated to lamination with EVA film.
The HRC oven integrates two fully independent heating systems - radiant heating and forced convection - which can be used separately or in combination. This flexibility allows production cycles to be optimized according to the type of glass and film used, while reducing energy consumption thanks to shorter start-up times and more precise temperature control.
Also at Glasstec, visitors will be able to see EVATHERM up close, the oven designed to meet the needs of glass processors looking for a simple, efficient, ready-to-use machine for EVA film lamination, a technology widely used in interior design and high-end architectural applications. The two independent chambers make it possible to run different cycles at the same time, while forced-convection heating promotes uniform temperature distribution. The 10-inch touch-screen HMI interface allows users to configure, control and save customized cycles. EVATHERM can process sheets up to 3,200 x 2,200 mm and, thanks to a useful height of 430 mm, curved glass or glass with decorative inserts as well.
With more than one hundred complete laminating lines installed worldwide, Bovone shows at Glasstec how Italian mechanical tradition and technological innovation can come together in modular, scalable and sustainable solutions, able to meet very different production needs - from high-volume automotive output to niche interior-design processing and the most demanding architectural applications.
Bovone's laminating lines stand out for their ability to adapt to very different production needs. Their modularity allows in-line or U-shaped configurations, optimizing the available floor space in the plant. Thanks to the vertical development of the loading and washing stations, the systems can also operate in limited spaces without sacrificing performance or productivity.
Modularity extends to every stage of the production process: loading, washing, assembly, film unwinding and handling, heating, pressing and unloading. Designed to process sheets up to 3,330 mm wide and 6,000 mm long, with panels up to 100 mm in overall thickness, Bovone's lines meet the needs of both high-volume production and processing characterized by frequent batch changes, special shapes or specific quality requirements.
Each line is developed as a tailor-made project: the combination of standard modules and specific customizations makes it possible to serve customers with high production volumes as well as businesses more focused on niche processing.
The success of Bovone's lines is also built on construction quality. Solid structures, selected components and an engineering approach geared toward excellence ensure quality, operational continuity and long service life - a feature particularly valued in sectors such as architecture and automotive, where reliability and high quality standards are essential.
It is precisely this ability to offer complete lines, hybrid ovens and dedicated solutions such as EVATHERM under one brand that defines the 360° vision with which Bovone comes to Glasstec 2026: a single partner able to support glass processors at every stage of glass lamination.
