On June 5-8,2024, the American Institute of Architects (AIA 24) conference was held in Washington, D. C., brought together the brightest minds in architecture and design from across the globe. NorthGlass is honored to be invited to attend the prestigious conference, and to participate in a series of activities such as AIA international celebration, Expo and technology sharing.
This year’s conference highlighted AIA’s dedication to fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and innovative design community. The AIA International Celebration was a prime example, providing a platform to honor outstanding achievements and promote global collaboration among AIA’s international chapters and newly established sections.
The chairman of AIA 24 conference thanked NorthGlass and other enterprises and groups, based on their outstanding contributions to the construction industry and AIA. NorthGlass vice President Gao Qi delivered a speech on NorthGlass’ pioneering contributions to the glass industry during the AIA International Celebration. He highlighted our strategic initiatives and advanced architectural glass technologies and emphasized the importance of collaboration with architectural professionals to push the boundaries of design and innovation, ensuring that NorthGlass’ solutions meet the most demanding creative and technical specifications.
At AIA 24 Expo, NorthGlass brought fully tempered glass stairs, 3D “bubble glass” tempered glass, “rainbow” table, “leopard print” tea table, “kaleidoscope” tea table, and “the flower of NorthGlass” 3D curved mirror tempered glass, attracted many audiences to visit and take photo.
During the exhibition, NorthGlass also shared many cases in the North American market and the practice of NorthGlass in the innovation of multi-curved tempered glass. Each familiar project resonated with the designers of well-known architectural firms present here.
