REFRACTORY DRY – OUT BURNERS DELIVERED TO GLASS PRODUCER CLIENT

YETEN COMBUSTION successfully delivered 14 sets of custom made 1.5 MW Refractory Dry - Out Burner Systems to a glass producer company. Along with the burners, systems include control cabinets acc. to EN 746 – 2 European combustion safety standards, combustion air fans and integrated gas trains. Customer will travel these systems between their factories around the world and use them for Glass Furnace Heat - Up.

CUSTOM DESIGNED, COMPACT SYSTEMS

Systems are custom designed acc. to the customer ‘s specific needs as compact, user friendly systems. Components of the systems such as burner body, burner flame tube, combustion air fan, gas train, control cabinet and etc. can be stored inside the transport car. Transport car is coated with hot dip galvanizing against any corrosion.

HIGH XS AIR OPERATION

Burners are suitable for working with λ: 40 (Fuel/Air Ratio: 1/395). This way, very precise temperature control can be achieved. System ‘s fan capacity is 50 % higher than standard systems, this allows burner to pressurize the chamber atmosphere. As a result, uniform temperature distribution is achieved and lifetime of the refractory is elongated.

INTEGRATED GAS & AIR FLOW MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS

Gas and air flow rates of the burners can be seen on the display of the integrated flow transmitter inside the transport car. With this feature, operators can follow the system ‘s condition and they can easily adjust the fuel/air ratio of the burner more precisely with minimum effort.
