The glass industry is undergoing a transformation – and women are playing an increasingly important role in shaping its future. With Women in Glass, we are creating a platform that highlights female expertise, fosters dialogue and promotes diversity throughout the entire value chain.

Raise awareness

Whether in production, engineering, design, research or management: women bring fresh perspectives, drive innovation and are shaping the industry worldwide. At the same time, the glass industry still has great potential to further increase the proportion and visibility of women.

Encourage dialogue

Women in Glass brings together professionals and leaders from all sectors of the industry. The focus is on personal exchange, sharing experiences and generating fresh ideas to tackle current challenges. Through talks, a panel discussion and a networking session, the event highlights successful career paths, stimulates discussion and facilitates new connections.
