Daylight by EuroWindoor Free participation in the glasstec-conference with the purchase of an admission ticket! Wednesday, 21 September 2022 | 13:30 - 16:00
The provision of daylight in buildings is strongly discussed in science, technology and industry – and at the same time leads to new standards and specifications that are trend-setting and obligatory for design process. At the conference the state of the art of daylights in buildings is reflected, the set of new requirements and recommendations for daylighting will be explained and an insight into the policy development for national requirements to factor in daylight will be provided by the example of France.
VDMA – Lecture series OPC UA OPC-UA in the Flat Glass Processing Industry Tuesday, 20 Sept 2022 | 13:30 - 16:00
The handling of machine and product data independent of a language and the variable applicability of the handling to each machine type was and is a great challenge. This challenge occurs with every start-up, regardless of whether a new line is being built or a machine is being replaced. If you add up the times and financial efforts in one industry alone, you will get frightening figures. Yet there has been no successful attempt in the past to simplify and shorten this significantly. This is now possible with OPC-UA and a changed awareness of machine builders and machine users. The approach to this for flat glass processing will be presented during the event.
The focus of the glasstec conference will be on decarbonization, as it influences all five megatrends. How can CO2 be saved in the production, processing and finishing of glass, or which glass products contribute to this? Experts address these and other questions at the open stage in Hall 11. Just drop by.
The trend topics:
Climate (Emissions reduction and renewable energy)
Urbanisation (Future-proof architecture with glass)
Value (Sustainable added value)
Resources (Using resources efficiently and sustainably)
und Well Being (increased quality of life through glass)
