Expand your skills: at glasstec 2018!

Crafts LIVE: Participate and discover new ideas!

Whether and how materials or processes prove their worth only becomes apparent in practice. That is why a central event topic awaits you at glasstec 2018, which is dedicated entirely to practical applications: the "Crafts Live" special show in Hall 9.

Under the topic "Processing of glass: from the warehouse to the end product" you will find participation stations here, which are supervised by well-known companies in the glass industry and illustrate the entire process chain. You will learn which requirements, processes and products facilitate the processing and transport of glass. In addition, you are cordially invited to do cutting, grinding, drilling and UV-gluing yourself.

Three other highlights of Handwerk LIVE are just as practical. Under the heading Actions/Demonstrations there is a burglary test twice a day. You can also experience a glass bending test and demonstrate your reef assembly skills in a competition.

PS: You can find the latest information on as well as in the section trend topics of the glass industry.

Best regards,

The glasstec team
