Welcome to the glasstec up!date 02. As of now you can order your admission tickets: the tickets stating your hall and stand number guide your guests free of charge to glasstec and right to you.

And the trade press editors also have glasstec on their agenda right now – so this is the perfect time to provide journalists with initial information about your products and services. Our Press Service makes it easy for you to selectively address the media with your trade fair topics.

Admission Vouchers with Codes

If you’d like to encourage customers and other interested parties to come to a decision, we suggest that you use our voucher codes and invite your guests to visit you at your trade fair stand. Wondering how it works? It’s very simple actually. You send them a digital voucher, and the recipient then picks up their e-ticket online, using the code. All they need to do is print out the ticket. It also serves as a public transport ticket for buses, trains and trams on the local transport network VRR.

Advertising material

Take advantage of the free advertising materials for glasstec. Large-format posters in your business rooms and logos in your adverts and emails attract maximum attention starting long before the trade fair. Download or order free of charge no later than 06 September.

Conference Rooms

Short distances are especially welcome during long trade fair days. Office, congress and conference rooms from 15 to 130 square metres are available right here at the exhibition centre. We require your binding reservation no later than 08 September 2016. And DüsseldorfCongress is an ideal partner for event locations in the direct vicinity, for example for a customer event.

Fraud Alert!

We are currently seeing an increasing number of fake invoices being sent out to exhibitors. These invoices aim to give the impression of being connected with your trade fair participation and use the logos and trademarks of Messe Düsseldorf and/or its partners for this purpose.

Please only pay invoices that you can clearly attribute to an order you have placed with Messe Düsseldorf or our partners (customer number) and compare bank details with the accounts of Messe Düsseldorf (www.messe-duesseldorf.com).
