Read more Photography ban We would like to draw your attention to the general ban on photography on the exhibition grounds. In practice, however, this ban can only be enforced by the exhibitors, who can exercise domiciliary rights on their stands. Use the attached "no photography stickers" to minimise product piracy and thus inform visitors and other exhibitors that photography of your products is prohibited. You can easily stick the stickers on the walls of your stand. Sound levels In the interests of your neighbors and visitors, we would ask you to observe the noise level restriction. In order to avoid disturbing one another, the sound level of 70dB (A) prescribed by law must not be exceeded at the perimeter of your stand. Brands/ Protection of patents Due to the continually recurring problems concerning valid legal regulations for brand/patent protection in Germany and the European Union, we would respectfully refer you to the following: When displaying exhibits possible third party rights must be acknowledged. This means that protection rights in favor of your competitors could exist. In the event of a dispute, there is a risk that customs or a law enforcement officer could take issue with you. In the worst case, this could mean that the contravening exhibit(s) would be removed from your stand. We would therefore ask you urgently to ensure that you adhere to the legal guidelines. Machines The European guidelines require that machines either currently operating or being launched in Europe are technically in accordance with the EU regulations. Machines on display, which do not meet the guidelines, must be labeled accordingly. Read more
