Please remember that a late charge of 35% will be assessed for orders for technical services received after 24 August 2022.

Digital Exhibitor Passes

Our exhibitor passes are available digitally. The passes offer many benefits to make your trade fair experience easier. You will automatically receive your free exhibitor voucher code by e-mail and distribute them to your employees. They can easily redeem the codes online. If the free codes are not enough, you can still buy exhibitor voucher codes in the online order system until the last day of the fair.
Important: Don't forget your bus and train ticket.
Free travel to and from events at the Düsseldorf venue by local public transport, which was previously included in the exhibitor passes, will no longer be possible since January 2022, a ticket must be purchased. For more information, visit www.messe-duesseldorf.com/arrival.

For long-distance travel, the Deutsche Bahn event ticket is an inexpensive and simple alternative.

Visitor data is valuable. Use the easiest solution to capture everything important quickly and safely: scan the barcode on your visitor’s badge and you will immediately get all their registered data for further processing.

Conference & Meeting Rooms
Conference Room
Short distances are especially welcome during long trade fair days. Office, congress and conference rooms from 15 to 130 square metres are available right here at the exhibition centre. We require your binding reservation no later than 8 September 2022.
And Düsseldorf Congress is an ideal partner for event locations in the direct vicinity, for example for a customer event.

WiFi
Smartphone
Go for high-performance & safe access: book your wireless Internet access direct, only from Messe Düsseldorf. There is only one official WiFi supplier – our partner Deutsche Telekom. The new “Business-HOTSPOT” products offer you all possibilities. Please note: operating your own Access Points / WiFi routers at the Exhibition Centre is not permitted. Installation of this kind by exhibitors or third parties is not authorised by Messe Düsseldorf.
Optimum performance, of course, depends on your terminal. So make sure you get 5Ghz WiFi support when you purchase your device! For more information also watch our brief video.

Waste/Disposal
Waste disposal
It not only saves time – it also simplifies your pre-sorting: allow the experts to take care of your waste disposal. At the beginning of the trade fair, you will receive wastebasket liner sets in different colours that support effective waste separation. The service partners pick up your recyclables at least twice a day and every day after the trade fair closes. Order by 8 September.
