On June 13/14, the time has come: glasstec Preview 2024 invites to Düsseldorf!

Around 30 journalists from important industry media from all over the world await you at the glasstec Preview in Düsseldorf. They all have one goal: to report on industry news before glasstec in October - about your company, your products and your innovations!

To ensure that you have enough time for your discussions with the journalists, the number of participants for exhibitors is limited to 30. This way you can present your company and your products or services to as many editors as possible.

Get-together
On the eve of the Preview, 13 June 2024, we cordially invite you to a Get-together at Otto’s Skybar at Hotel Lindner from 6.00 pm. In a relaxed, informal setting, you can already start talking to journalists and glasstec representatives here.

glasstec Preview 2024
The glasstec Preview itself will take place on Friday, 14 June 2024 from 9.30 am to approx. 4.00 pm in the new, modern conference rooms of Messe Düsseldorf, Hall 1. We provide you with a preview counter for your discussions.

Fees
The regular participation fee for glasstec Preview is €2,500 plus VAT per exhibitor. The fee includes the participation of a maximum of two people in the Get-together and glasstec Preview 2024. The participation fee will be included in the final invoice for glasstec.

Thursday, 13 June 2024 | Get-together

  • by 5.00 pm: Arrival

  • 6.00 pm: Get-together with dinner at Otto’s Skybar (in the hotel itself)

Friday, 14 June 2024 | glasstec Preview

  • 9.00 am: Transfer to Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre

  • 9.30 am: Welcome! Welcome by Lars Wismer, Director of glasstec

  • from 9.45 am: Talk Session #1: Companies welcome Journalists

  • from 12.30 pm: Lunch break

  • from 1.30 pm: Talk-Session #2: Journalists welcome Companies

  • from about 4.00 pm: Thank you for coming! End and departure

Please note that glasstec Preview is an international event and English will be spoken.

The talk sessions at glasstec Preview 2024

In Talk-Session #1 „Companies welcome Journalists“ journalists will visit the exhibitors. You can enter directly into joint discussions and inform the journalists about your products, innovations and trends.

In Talk-Session #2 „Journalists welcome Companies“ we turn the tables. As an exhibitor, you will then have the opportunity to talk to the editors. A format that has also proven its worth at other preview events.
