Perfect Editor

This software allows opening layouts given by the optimizer and modifying pieces position or cutting lines, in order to optimize reusable tail dimensions. Generally it is used for the final sheet, usually uncompleted, to add new pieces and use it completely. It is very simple to use and very effective. It is possible to start a brand new project, moving one sheet from the project window to the cutting layout window and inserting all desired pieces one by one, even in multiple mode (until place remains). The project window is used like a parking area where pieces are inserted to be positioned in a different way or in a different cutting layout. Another useful tool is the indication of the dimensions of the biggest scrap areas, since it allows to know in advance whether a piece can fit there or not. Some operations can be carried out before (Rotation, Duplication, Deleting) by selecting the function and then selecting one or more pieces. Pieces can be moved from one side to the other or from the layout to the parking area, simply dragging the piece to the location desired. It is possible to move an entire transversal before or after another one or at the beginning/end of a cutting layout. It is possible to delete one or more cutting layouts or changing their multiple value. By double-clicking on a cutting line it is possible to invert it (obviously it has to reach a pre-existing cut or the edge). This module is perfectly integrated with Perfect Cut.

Perfect Rack

Optimization takes into account all types of available trestles and their specific parameters in order to establish the cutting layout sequence, unless the scrap is too high, not to have to reallocate pieces on trestles to bring them to double-glazing or to shipment.

At piece level, the Inversion parameter (YES/NO) could be associated: if inversion is required, usually for double-glazing, pieces should be positioned on trestles from the smallest to the biggest, the other way round if they are destined to shipment.
The trestle code and the progressive position on the trestle will be displayed on the cutting layout.
Optimisation takes into account several parameters changeable with the menu File - Configuration - Trestle Management and all parameters of the type of Trestle used.

Perfect Label

A program for professional printing of labels for the glass sector. It uses the same data as the optimizer. It allows managing different models of label (divided according to families or customers), by setting the page and defining the labels format.
The fields can be easily inserted on a model, it is possible to change font type and size. Different kinds of selection and ordering are available. It is possible to insert the company logo or to print fields with bar codes. Specific management of the fields "date" and "shape".

Perfect TV

This module allows displaying cutting layouts on one or two graphic cards.
Generally, this allows the operator to follow the execution of the cutting layouts on a large monitor (usually a TV monitor) located in the production department.
This program shows progressive cuts to be performed by the operator in order to unload the glass from the cutting table, by using the appropriate chromatisms to indicate already unloaded glass, piece under processing, pieces still to be unloaded.
As an alternative to the use of the mouse, a lever device, suitable for the production environment, can be used to control cutting layout displaying.

Perfect CAD

Perfect CAD is a CAD software specifically designed for the glass sector, with all the functions that are fundamental for glass shapes. Its main feature is its user-friendliness, despite its completeness and usefulness. The training course lasts one day only.
Perfect DXF is a limitation of Perfect CAD to DXF format import and subsequent changes to the layout, such as grinding offset, edging, edge advance, shape initial node definition, cutting direction, tool to be used (if different from the default one, e.g. for open cut) for some entities (curves or segments).
One Perfect CAD option is Perfect Spline that allows acquiring points from a carton prototype of the shape by using a laser device, a digital drafting machine or a drawing tablet and connecting points with an optimal curve, always tangent and with the minimum number of entities (arcs or segments).
Some of the many potential uses of Perfect CAD are: 

-Possibility of using DXF format shapes or shapes obtained by using Perfect Shape and of exporting DXF format shapes for different use. 
-Possibility of defining a shape description, useful during the research stage.
-Possibility of using a pre-existing shape and changing the scale factor.
-Possibility of changing the shape external square dimensions, centring and bordering a shape, with a preset distance from the edge according to the type of glass.
-Segment, arc, circle, ellipsis, rectangle, regular polygon management.
-Possibility of selecting and moving nodes (even more than one node at a time) and changing their characteristics (shape starting point limit, automatic connection, etc.).
