TURBOFILL has been developed exclusively for 1-hole gas fill technology whcich is dilution filling. A special triplex probe combines argon fill, air suction and pressure sensing. It guarrantees as much turbulences as possible to replace the air with argon. At the same time it removes the air so that the internal pressure stays at a very low level to prevent the IG unit from bending. As soon as the adjusted concentration is measured the machine stops autamtically

Equipped with 4 stations TURBOFILL realises up to 2000 IG units per day. As for all other products this type as manufactured with high quality product that assure long-lasting proven gas analysis. Thus TURBOFILL delivers constant gas fill quality for every IG unit.

The SMART 150 is a small and handy gas filling system, equipped with the proven and high quality HELANTEC gas filling technology components.

It enables a reliable filling process with easy operation. The capacity is configured for 150 units with one filling line.

The SMART 150 gas filling system is suitable for

-occasional gas filling
-production of sample units
-smaller production facilities

Gas concentration is measured continuously during the filling process by the integrated gas analyser. As soon as the set gas concentration is reached the filling process is ended automatically.

Through the use of a pump, as well as the optimised filling speed, an extremely low gas consumption is realised. The SMART 150 can be used for all gases and gas mixtures that are standard in the insulated glass industry.

The HELOX 4 has been a proven test instrument for quality control of IG units for more than 20 years. The analyser is preferred by test institutes and the central labs of the insulated glass manufacturers.

A paramagnetic measuring cell that selectively measures the residual oxygen, and which consequently is the primary measurement method, is used as the measuring technology for this analyser. This has the advantage that the user does not need to know which gas type is in the IG unit. On the display the gas concentration of the gas sample is shown. A rechargeable battery can be integrated as an option, which enables the devices to also be used directly on the construction site.

A sample is injected with a gas syringe. This offers the advantage that only minimal gas quantities are required and you can check the function of the gas analyser yourself.

Additional highlights of our analysers are high accuracy and long service life of the measuring cells – the service life is usually longer than 10 years! An additional advantage is the low quantity of consumables. Yearly factory calibration is not necessary!

For quality control in production we recommend use of the ISO-GAS-Control or GAS INSPECTOR analysers. These are more robust and in some cases have a greater function scope, extending to digital documentation of the measured values, including unique assignment of the analysed IG unit.

Integrated Process Control (IPC)

Quality assurance and quality verification are of central significance for a company. In this regard, with the HELANTEC Integrated Process Control (IPC) you can sit back and relax.

The IPC visualises the filling process in real time. At a glance you know whether the filling process is being executed correctly and economically. In addition, all filling processes, i.e. each IG unit, is documented – in an automated procedure, without additional effort.

Versatile interfaces enable the connection of a label printer, barcode scanner or network integration. Thus all units can be uniquely identified and marked – traceability is easily possible.

The IPC can be integrated in the RAPIDE L500 and RAPIDE L900 gas filling systems, as an option. Various filling parameters can be set individually and changed at any time; this means that your gas filling system can be easily adapted to changing requirements.

An integrated gas analyser (type ISO-GAS-Control) is available for quality control, as an option. With the gas analyser the recorded measured values for quality control can be directly assigned to each IG unit, this means that the quality control results are directly compared with the production control results and documented. All recorded data can be analysed directly on the PC and compared with reference data as an evaluation aid.

With the integrated modem a diagnosis can be quickly and specifically executed via remote maintenance. There is nothing faster, easier, or more cost-effective.

This system is unique for manual gas filling systems. There is no comparable system on the market. And only HELANTEC makes gas visible.

The IPC is a worthwhile investment and is (almost) indispensable for companies with a rigorous quality-consciousness and proactive cost-consciousness.

With the ISO-Altimeter PROFESSIONAL the IG unit is prepared in production in such a manner that it is flat at the higher altitude or lower altitude of the installation site. Additional after-treatment is not required!

The ISO-Altimeter PROFESSIONAL is the further development of our proven predecessor model. Intuitive operation via touch screen, clear user guidance and versatile functions are only a few of the features that characterise our pressure balance system.

Other special characteristics:

-Pressure is balanced on the basis of the average annual climatic values at the installation site.
-The actual production conditions, (temperature and air pressure) are considered.
-Suitable for double glazed and triple glazed insulated glass (symmetric and asymmetric).
-Suitable for special formats (triangle, parallelogram, circle, etc.).
-Suitable for all standard gases.
-Processing of data exported from every order processing software program.
-Automatic documentation of each pressure-compensated IG unit.
-Connection to a central database – easy management of evidence if there are complaints.
-Data transmission, remote query and remote maintenance via network connection.

To achieve short cycle times, there has been a conversion to completely new technology. This enables us to execute the pressure balance with the highest accuracy and within the shortest time possible. To avoid operating errors, all data required for the pressure balance is loaded automatically from a list. The most efficient procedure is simply scanning a barcode on the IG unit.

The ISO-Altimeter PROFESSIONAL is a complete system for which no additional PC is required. All you need is a power connection and you can balance the pressure of IG units for higher-altitude installation sites. In this regard, vacuum pressure in the IG unit is generated in production. Through this measure the IG unit will be flat at the higher-altitude installation site.

If your production is located at an altitude that is higher than the subsequent installation site, naturally with our pressure balancing system you can also pressure balance the IG units. For this, you require only a gas bottle (compressed air, argon or krypton), to generate excess pressure in the IG unit, so that your IG unit is flat at the lower-altitude installation site.

Naturally we also take into consideration the average yearly climatic conditions at the installation site, which in some cases is of major significance for the pressure balance.

The HELANTEC valve is a small but important detail. Only with this valve can it be ensured that the executed pressure balance remains intact and that your assured characteristic of the IG unit does not change.
