Sun Chemical’s range of flexible resists are for use on Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC). These resists remain flexible and can be UV cured for use on polyester circuits, or thermal cured/photo-imageable for use on polyimide circuits.

Etch & Plating Resists

Continually adapt with a wide range of products that meet changing demands in the world of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) production.
Sun Chemical’s range of etch & plating resists are alkaline- or acid-resistant and strippable in alkaline or solvents. LPI (liquid photo Imageable) versions are available and can be applied by screen, roller coat, spray or curtain coat. These products are generally used in the PCB industry as well as any industry that needs to etch & plate metals, including nameplates and chemical milling.

This range also includes a screen defined, temporary peelable mask which features:

Resistance to high temperature soldering processes
Resistance to many commonly used plating processes
Easy manual removability after processing

Conductive Inks

A range of conductive inks that are optimized for various applications on multiple substrates.
