MSC1250 Solar

The VON ARDENNE metal strip coating system MSC1250 is a production system for the deposition of thin solar absorber coatings on metal strip based on physical vapor deposition (PVD). It is based on a modular platform. The air-to-air system allows continuous strip processing with external coiler and handling.

The MSC1250 can be equipped with various components for pre-treatment and coating. By depositing multiple layers of metals and oxides while using different PVD processes, complex and highly functional layer stacks can be created.

FOSA LabX

The FOSA LabX is a small, modular web coating system. It is especially designed for process and product qualification from the lab to production. Furthermore, it is suitable for the coating of flexible glass.

The FOSA LabX uses the same key components as our web coating systems for industrial production, however at a smaller scale. Thus, our customers can test their applications under laboratory conditions and scale them up later for mass production.
