Solid liquid compact separation system for glass grinding sludge. The system is composed of painted iron frame structure that includes all the components and a centrifuge type T-150/A automatic discharge. This automatic system is a mechanic solid liquid separator for the purification of the processing refrigerator fluid that remove all solids particles contained in the liquid up to 3 microns mm. the dirty fluid is be pumped into the centrifuge. There the solids injected as laminar into the centre of the bows will be press and settle on the bowl wall. Entering on the programmable display the cycle time for each operation sets the operating sequence. At regular intervals, the injection of fluid and rotation is stopped. The sludge expulsion gear motor engages with the gears to make the bowl remove the deposit particles almost dry. The sludge will be discharged true the bottom door that open automatically and drops the waste into a big bag container located under the machine. When cleaning of bowls is completed, the fluid will be injected again and the purification will restart. The space required for this system is about sm 1,5.

It deals with groups formed by one or more pumps of various typology and mark, for the water raising to constant pressure and varying speed, that use a transmitter of pressure and a converter of frequency which allows to minimize the energy used by the pumps, optimizing the provisioning of water, eliminating the decreases of pressure and the annoying hits of ram. These groups of water raising for industrial employment can be constituted by 1 to 5 pumps in base to the employment and the necessities of the final employer. They are assembled on a single plinth and connected among them through a collector of aspiration and one of delivery, electrically wired and tested. The variable regime operation of a pump (under Inverter) and the remaining electropumps with fixed speed, compensates in continuous the different water even though least demands. The operation called “waterfall” happens in variation of the delta of pressure planned. The pump under inverter works in accordance to the planned window; reached the maximum point of regime (rpm) and when the pressure goes down under to the programmed one, the timed switching of the other pumps is commanded in sequential way. The “microfilter”, is a catalytic filter in continuous process, alternate, based on the concept of multiple filtration of the fluid, up to the total clearing of the fluids. In the various steps of the filter pack, the filter accumulate the solid particles in suspension which pollute the fluid. Thanks to more steps you get a thickening of the filter pack, which creates a reduction of the interstices of passage, coming also to retain the colloidal particles. With increasing of clogging, the operating pressure will increase, and reached the threshold of safeties will give an alarm. It will be discretion of the operator to start manually the backwash, or let the filter reaches a second threshold to go into automatic backwash. After the backwash which has a duration of a couple of minutes, the filter will start again a new filtration cycle. The filter, in accordance with the needs of the client, will execute normally only an automatic backwash at the end of working shift operated by the PLC. The filter can be started remotely to pre set time and turn off the same way.
