BÜRKLE will deliver another glass laminating line in 2021 and support Viwinco Windows in the strategic expansion of its market position. With this, the long-standing window and door manufacturer is focusing on a new approach to laminating flat glass and safety glass. With the purchase of easy-LAM IFL, another laminated glass manufacturer in the North American market relies on BÜRKLE technology. Family-owned window and door manufacturer Viwinco Windows will receive the three-stage laminating line at the end of 2021. The new glass line will be an integral part of the new glass plant currently under construction and contrasts with conventional autoclave production.

With the easy-LAM IFL, BÜRKLE developed a completely new approach for laminating flat glass in the inline process. Thanks to the successful initial test in cooperation with the Center for Construction Materials of the Technical University in Darmstadt, the autoclave-free laminating line officially maintains the highest quality standards for laminating laminated and laminated safety glass.
